Forced Circulation Incubator
In working with a fully loaded chamber, forced air circulation maybe required for uniform temperature and air distribution. Interior rear wall fan motor can be precisely adjusted in 10% increments, or shut off completely to avoid drying out of samples.

Microbiology Incubator Features
Memmert microbiological incubators are ideal for all applications with temperatures up to +80°C and for incubating living cultures at +37°C. Critical temperature overshoots are impossible with our precise control technology and valuable loads are warmed up carefully. Temperature is increased within a very narrow control range and kept exactly at the setpoint values. They regulate the temperature, humidity, and CO2 level of the environment to promote cell growth.
Types of pharmaceutical incubators
Memmert offers three main types of incubators. ICO Incubators regulate the amount of CO2 and humidity in order to promote cell growth. IF Forced Circulation Incubators use forced air to regulate temperature. IN Natural Convection Incubators use natural air and fans to regulate the temperature within the incubator.

Memmert incubators are available with an adjustable air fan to guarantee optimum air circulation, even when fully loaded. The fan can be switched off entirely for sensitive samples so the all-round surface heating is optimally geared for both natural convection and forced air circulation.
